Mô tả công việc

We are seeking experienced Loan Processor to join a dynamic team of passionate individuals and work in our office base in Danang City. Our company would like someone with some life and ambition not someone who sits and waits for things to happen. We are looking for the obvious ethical hard worker with a real understanding of finances like everyone else however we want to also work with someone who wants to grow and be challenged to further their finance career.
Key tasks:
• Work on lending options and scenarios for new and existing client enquiries.
• Attend to all aspects of customer service and assistance, including queries regarding changes and variations.
• Promote all brand initiatives
• Work with your back office support team to progress files to settlement.
• Lodgement of loan applications
• Application management and follow up with banks, settlement agents and real estate offices
• Maintenance of customer files and client relationship management
• General administration and office duties

Yêu cầu

Skill set, experience and personal traits
• Your will needs to have similar technical skills to your loan processor but also have the extra confidence to conduct loan interviews and manage business partner relationships:
• Must have a good level of English
• Have a good knowledge of mortgage lending.
• Have a thorough understanding of the loan process.
• Customer service driven.
• Friendly and capable with good people skills for dealing with clients and lenders.
• Confident and able to handle responsibility.
• Highly organised and trustworthy.
• Strong on detail and good with paperwork and filing.
• Be able to work as part of a small team.
• Strong research and communication skills
• Thorough, precise and have great attention to detail - you have an analytical mind
• You care about your clients and helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
