Working Location
Work at Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An until October 2026 (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1 and District 6, Ho Chi Minh City)
Relocate to work full-time at Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ba Ria - Vung Tau from November 2026.
• Manage all import and export activities, including raw materials, machinery, equipment, finished goods, and other related shipments.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor import and export operations to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with operational requirements.
• Manage and control all import-export documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customs regulations and company requirements.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics service providers, brokers, and other external partners to ensure smooth customs clearance and transportation.
• Work closely with the Germany Headquarters, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support production schedules and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and control logistics, transportation, warehousing, and related operational costs while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve import-export procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Import Export team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and building team capabilities.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on import-export performance and provide recommendations to Management on process improvement, risk management, and cost optimization.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Import-Export or Logistics, including at least 2 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment. Experience in an FDI company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import-export laws, international logistics, Incoterms, HS Codes, Certificates of Origin (C/O), international payment methods, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proven experience working with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics service providers.
• Strong planning, coordination, cost control, and risk management skills in import-export operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas headquarters, customers, suppliers, and external business partners.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, integrity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to work in Long An during the initial phase and relocate to Chau Duc, Ba Ria - Vung Tau according to the Company's relocation plan.
