Job Purpose:
To support RD on monitoring Logistic Activities
Job Duties:
Handle import and export procedures for prototype components, engineering samples, FOC (Free of Charge) shipments, and small-quantity parts required by R&D team.
Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier services (DHL, FedEx, etc.) to ensure timely and smooth clearance.
Prepare and verify shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, CO, and other necessary paperwork.
Track shipment status, solving customs issues, and keeping R&D team updated with accurate delivery timelines.
Maintain documentation and records related to import/export transactions for audit and compliance.
Communicate with suppliers to clarify incoterms, delivery methods, and ensure proper labeling of FOC shipments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage delivery schedule and support R&D timeline.
This role focuses on R&D support and does not handle production logistics or warehouse operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education Required
Degree or diploma in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience Required
At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations, ideally for engineering or sample goods.
Familiar with Vietnamese customs procedures and documentation requirements for small shipments and R&D samples.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow up proactively with multiple parties.
Basic English for email communication with suppliers and forwarders.
Chinese language skills are a plus, especially when dealing with suppliers in China.
*Note: Work location at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
