Logistic Staff

- Check inland trucking freight as per sales team's request, update on system.
- Open bidding for export container shipment and update to sales team.
- Receive the bill of quantity from vendor and cross check a shipping document from internal relevant departments (raw material, port team, logistics team, SMP team, environment team) for the final amount, check VAT invoice and make AP.
- Sales contract translation.
- Work with vendors if case vehicles/equipment are not matching as per PYV request.
- Make AP for scrap transport, inland trucking, container freight (ocean freight & stuffing fee), by product (slag)
- Open spot bidding for inland transport, container freight if required and make a contract, payment process.
- Check sales result on MES/SCM, make a debit note and send it to domestic customer on 11th, 21th and 31th of each month.
- Make debit reconciliation every end of month, recheck with accountant team and send it to customer.
- Follow the receipt and weekly report to accountant team
- Make a monthly logistics report
- Prepare, open annual bidding for inland trucking (with Posco Family), scrap transport, by product (slag); and manage contract.
- Make a logistics survey.
