Responsibilities
• Prepare PO to vendor: Check item description, unit price and delivery time; compared with quotation and customer order.
• Proceed PO to vendor on SAP system
• Follow up the delivery schedule for PO to be delivered on time.
• Update PO status to sales department or contact vendor to improve delivery time (if required)
• Review shipping documents including invoice, kinds of Certificate, ... upon receipt from vendors to be correct
• Check Air/Sea freight and choose the suitable transportation mode/way, depend on how heavy/big the shipment is, such as: sea, air via DHL/FEDEX or air via Forwarder
• As first-help station, handle all issues related to goods and vendors
• Doing Customs declaration: Prepare shipping documents and provide to service company
• Cross check and confirm the customs declaration form to service company for official declaration
• Communicate with accounting department on taxes and duties to be paid on time
• Coordinate with service company for the shipment to be released from Customs smoothly
• Check physical goods to be enough items and quantity upon good arrives.
• Record goods purchased to warehouse on SAP system.
• Arrange delivery to customer site
• Check transportation rate to customer site with local vendors for heavy packages
• Do outbound delivery on SAP system
• Compose CO CQ Warranty issued by us (EagleBurgmann VN) if required
• Update properly Order Intake, sales and backlog and report to Management Board and Sales department weekly.
• Provide documents such as: PO, Invoice and customs declaration form of imported shipments to accounting department to settle payment to vendors
• Back up indoor sales job such as making quotation, contract, ...
• Support other department in sending document to oversea via DHL/FEDEX
• Filing related documents per PO.
• Bring up critical and risky operational issue to superior in time.
• Responsibility for preparing bidding documents and ensure bid submission correctly and timely.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior.
Yêu cầu
Position Requirements
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• University graduate in Logistics Management or other related discipline.
• Having at least 4 - 5 years' experience in the position of Logistics.
• Familiar with incoterm/schedule management/Logistic process
• Customer orientation, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Careful and dynamic person.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience of SAP operation preferable.
