Ensure orders from warehouse or point of sale reach customers quickly - accurately - cost-effectively, while handling appropriately any incidents during the delivery process.
1. Order processing & coordination:
Receive order data from the sales system/website
Allocate and update order information to warehouse partners and shipping partners
Monitor the pick-up and delivery process until completion.
2. Manage delivery partners:
Work with multiple delivery units (3PL, courier, internal
shipper).
Monitor KPIs: successful delivery rate, delivery time, return rate.
Propose optimal delivery route and cost.
3. Monitor warehouse operations:
Coordinate with warehouse department to pack, label, process returned goods.
Monitor packing process to minimize errors and damage.
4. Manage complaints & delivery incidents:
Receive feedback from customer service about late delivery, wrong delivery, damaged goods.
Handle incidents or coordinate with shipping units to resolve.
Follow up cases until refund/return is completed.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on order volume, delivery success rate, logistics costs.
Propose process improvements based on real-time data.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
1. Education: College graduation or above
2. Experience: From 2-3 years in logistics or import-export, experience in coordinating orders
3. Skills:
Good communication and negotiation.
Strong acumen in system handling.
Time management, quick problem solving.
Good at Excel, warehouse management, transportation softwares
