REPORT TO: Supply chain manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS FOR THE ROLE
• In charge of logistics in Vietnam (all below for VN)
• Develop, implement and monitor processes
• Uphold, Report and work to the goal targets set in Weekly and Monthly Logistic KPI.
• Do other tasks corresponding to the job requirements as well as regulations of the company, accrediting agencies and Vietnamese law as assigned and instructed by the leaders.
TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
• Maintain improvement list connected to Logistics KPI
• Coordinate goods movements across all points of supply chain including suppliers, freight services, customs agents, warehouse, production and customers
• Organization of freight and transportation for shipments
• Thorough and consistent tracking of inbound and outbound shipments
• Preparation and approvals of goods shipment documents ensuring accuracy and documents filing is maintained
• Multi-tasking between various projects, deadlines and reports
• Daily and weekly reporting of status, issues, risks and improvement opportunities
• Support warehouse stocktaking and cycle count operations
• Support IMMEX, VAT and other legal reporting requirements with trade compliance responsible
• Adherence to IMS and EHS requirements
• Manage performance and salary review with team
• As a member of the team in Vietnam support the Polarium culture by supporting where most necessary decided by the general site manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 year's experience within shipping, logistics and warehousing
• BA University degree in job related field
• Demonstrated ability using ERP and logistics related SW
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Extremely organized, ability to multi-task, very detailed oriented
• Strong writing, mathematical, negotiation and communication skills required
• Excellent communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English
• Excellent Communication & presentation skills
• Structured, organized and excellent cooperation skills
• Enjoys fast growing global corporate environment
• Enjoys setting up ways of working, not just maintaining
OTHER SPECIFICS
• Potential to grow, fast learner
• Requires some travelling
• Hands on personality with ability to lift up
