About the role
SHAREWORK is looking for a Logistics Cost Specialist with Japanese language skills to support logistics invoicing, cost reporting and coordination with stakeholders in Japan.
Key responsibilities
Verify logistics invoices, including factual and pricing checks, in accordance with internal policies.
Manage the invoicing process and coordinate with service providers to resolve invoice or payment issues.
Maintain and update logistics cost reports based on customer requirements.
Support logistics cost management projects across branches in Japan, including the billing management platform project.
Act as a point of contact for logistics vendors and manufacturing plants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Business English and Japanese at
JLPT N3 level or above
.
Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
Systematic thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
