* Location : 37 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi
* Employment type: Full-time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (and Saturday morning working online if required)
* Job Description:
• Receive inquiries from both domestic and overseas customers.
• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, factories, trucking companies, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and manage documents for import and export shipments.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments and overseas agents.
• Issue debit notes, credit notes, and shipment-related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Director.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-year experience in Sea freight forwarding, logistics operations, customs clearance, and domestic transportation.
• Familiar with the specific operation procedures of sea, specially U.S lane (AMS, ISF, Manifest filing, and House B/L processes).
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, hardworking attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good multitasking and time management skills.
