Mô tả công việc
- Act as the main interface with cross-functional teams (Planning, Production, Engineering, Suppliers).
- Monitor progress on NPI, ECN, layout and strategic logistics projects.
- Analyze the labor requirement for warehouse team to ensure there's enough capacity, considering the production or process changes
- Manage the space required for raw material and finished good
- Follow disposable and returnable packaging needs that align with the packaging strategy
- Provide support for day-to-day issues that create turbulence in the materials delivery processes
- Manage and ensure accuracy of logistics master data (packaging loop, layouts, routings).
- Approve logistics process changes and support team development & governance.
- Ensure that warehouse team have all the tools and equipment needed for the operations.
- Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated: University
- Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Language: Vietnamese & English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Skills:
+ Technical Skills: Warehouse layout optimization, NPD, NPI and Packaging standardization , Time and motion studies, ABC analysis.
+ Soft Skills: Leadership & Team Management, Problem-Solving, Technical communication , Stakeholder alignment, Sense of urgency.
+ Tools/Software: SAP / MES experience will be more preferred, Advanced Excel, Auto CAD.
