Mô tả công việc
- Plan quality inspections for packaged products (25 kg bags, bulk bags for container loading)
- Monitor bag weight and identify any abnormalities
- Create and update loading inspection checklists for trucks and containers based on product type
- Inspect of customer shipments and check the final shipping documents
- Investigate product defects and customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain records in accordance with ISO 9001, Halal certification, and customer-specific requirements; support internal and external audits
- Train and assess technicians and contractors; regularly check compliance with procedures in the field
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports; propose improvements and error-prevention solutions

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in QA/QC or quality inspection
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication in English
