Mô tả công việc

- Update latest Technical File and trims card in QC file
- Book forwarder (export)
- Complete forwarder system (SI and VGM)
- Create order details and PO summary
- Prepare draft packing list and invoices
- Sends all export documents to Hong Kong within one week from on board date
- Update online delivery list accordingly
- Prepare and printing shipping mark
- Check fabric balance with factory
- Upload Transaction Certificate on buyer system

Yêu cầu

- Good command of English spoken and written (optional)
- 2-years' experience in logistics
- Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and organized
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Independent and hard working
- Experience in garment industry is a plus
