Mô tả công việc
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. WAREHOUSE ACTIVITY
• Mange and executive all transaction on SAP with all process as: write off / disposal; stock count, stock control, transaction reconsideration, VAS.
• Control physical stock at warehouse as request checking vendor onsite at WH- Vsip1/ Vsip2- Binh Duong
• Physical Disposal control: owner all process and physical/ system and document with vendor at WH- Vsip1/ Vsip2- Binh Duong
2. TRANSPORTATION - DRP
• Mange and executive all transaction on SAP with all process related transportation of transfer stock.
• Collaboration with transporter and warehouse vendor to make sure smooth all activities.
• Mange transportation cost (payment and pallet disposal)
3. FOC / STAFF PURCHASES
• Collaboration with team to full fill internal order from system to physical handling.
• Make sure all physical and system
4. PROCUREMENT ADMIN
• Mange and executive administration of procurement part, which under controlling of management team.
5. OTHER
• Improvement project as to fulfill target as digital, productivity and simplify.
• Count stock physically in WH
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION
• Graduate in Business Administration/Economy/ Foreign Trade/ Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics
2. EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years' experience in Logistics Operation
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Warehouse and inventory experience is more referable
3. OTHER SKILLS
• High Integrity
• Good in Analytical Skill
• Good Interpersonal Skill
• Smart with figures
• Fast learner
• A good team-worker
4. COMPUTER MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILL
• Word, Excel, is compulsory required.
• SAP and MS Power BI mindset and application
5. ACCOUNTABILITY
• Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
• Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
6. ENGLISH SKILL
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
7. WORK UNDER HIGH PRESSURE
• Able to work in highly competitive environment, tight schedules and delivery tough targets.
• Ability to work independently
