Business Development Manager (Logistics, $1700, ID14784)
Identify, approach, and develop new A & B customers (C customers may also be considered if they generate regular business volume).
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Prepare service proposals and oversee the implementation of new business projects.
Act as the escalation point for shipment-related issues when raised by customers.
Contribute actively to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and policies while optimizing profitability and sales performance in Vietnam.
Generate and follow up on sales leads within the group and affiliated companies.
Explore and develop new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify market opportunities through customer meetings, networking, and other business channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings.
Identify potential target customers (A & B accounts) and key decision-makers/influencers within their organizations.
Develop account plans and forecast business growth opportunities.
Support trade lane development by collaborating with overseas sales teams and branch offices to generate opportunities and onboard new business.
Requirement
Male/Female; Age: 26 - 35 years old
Graduated from college or higher
5-6 years of experience in a Business Development Manager/
Sales Manager position in the Logistics industry, specializing in sea or air freight
