Logistics & Forwarding Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics & Forwarding Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in international and domestic logistics services.This role requires a strong commercial mindset, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth through both individual contribution and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in freight forwarding and logistics services (sea, air, trucking, customs, supply chain solutions).
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to ensure achievement of targets and professional development.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with importers, exporters, and key accounts (priority for candidates with existing customer/cargo base).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
- Oversee preparation and negotiation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adapt business strategies proactively.
- Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales targets and KPIs.
