Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for Sourcing of Local and Export Requirements
• Export Customer Service: Process order requirements and receive orders from customer, contact shipping agent for booking and arrange the schedule and follow up on container stuffing
• Import Handling and related registration requirements
• Inventory tracking and Supply Planning for Stores, Supermarkets and Online Channel
• Managing supplier database and keep track of purchasing and logistics cost
• Support Logistics Projects in Transportation and Warehousing
• Taking care for Warehousing
Yêu cầu
• Graduated college, university-related subjects: Supply chain/Purchasing/Logistics and Shipping or Export/Import
• No experience acceptable
• Good English Skills
• Good skills in using MS Excel
• Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently
• Ability to work independently and also work in teams
• Good time management
• Deal with work pressure
• Core competencies required:
• Supply market intelligence, negotiating, analysing, planning & coordination, communication and influencing
