Logistics Operations
Support daily logistics operations for both Ambient and Fresh warehouses.
Learn and support warehouse operation flows, including inbound, storage, picking, dispatching, and stock movement.
Coordinate with DC teams, transport vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support middle-mile delivery operations from DC to stores
Track shipment status, delivery schedules, pending cases, and operational issues.
Assist in preparing logistics reports related to DC and middle-mile delivery performance.
Support issue follow-up and improvement actions for warehouse and middle-mile operations.
Delivery / Last-Mile Operations
Support last-mile delivery operations at store level.
Understand store delivery process, order handover, dispatching, customer delivery, and issue handling.
Coordinate with stores, customer service, and last-mile delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery execution.
Track last-mile delivery performance, including on-time delivery, failed delivery, pending orders, and service issues.
Learn and support the use of last-mile systems, including delivery tracking, status updates, POD, and reporting.
Identify process gaps and support improvement actions to enhance last-mile delivery efficiency and customer experience.
Participate in process review and improvement projects related to store delivery and last-mile operations
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduate or early-career talent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Strong logical thinking and ability to understand operational flows.
Good problem-solving mindset, with ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills; able to work with data and reports.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to follow up tasks until completion.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and interest in logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
Good communication skills in English
Willing to work full-time for the duration of the trainee program
