Job Description
Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.
Directly oversee and handle customs declaration procedures, import-export documentation, and shipment clearance.
Manage HS Code classification, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, customs procedures, and customs-related reports.
Prepare and manage settlement reports (customs finalization reports) and ensure accurate and timely submission to the relevant authorities.
Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, production materials, and finished goods to support production plans and customer commitments.
Monitor and ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and government reporting obligations.
Manage logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Develop, standardize, and continuously improve logistics processes, procedures, internal controls, and KPIs.
Manage relationships with carriers, customs authorities, transportation providers, and other logistics service partners.
Lead, coach, and develop a 6-7-member Logistics team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Monitor logistics risks and proactively resolve issues related to customs clearance, transportation, import-export shipments, and delivery schedules.
Ensure all logistics activities are properly documented and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, or related fields.
At least 5 years of Logistics/ Import-Export management experience in EPE garment or footwear manufacturing.
Strong hands-on knowledge of customs procedures, EPE regulations, C/O, HS Code, customs settlement reports, and shipment handling.
Strong people management skills and manufacturing experience.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in ERP and customs declaration software such as ECUS.
