RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics Officer (Export)
Align/Arrange/Communication shipping schedule with customer/planning base on open order.
Handle all process for all export shipments (Booking, shipping, invoice).
Handle any problem with forwarder/customs.
Align/Arrange/Communication with Warehouse/Forwarder to release export shipment on time.
Check and arrange payment to forwarder
Manage full set of export documents and file the record.
Preparation documents to get C/O from government, send to customer.
Work on others task from Manager/ Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from university or college regarding economy field, import-export,logistics.
Experience working with customs declarations and VNACCS, ECUS is preferred.
Good at English/computer skill.
Be careful, hard-working, willing-to-learn.
