Manage end-to-end export operations, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery until final shipment completion.
Communicate and coordinate with customers and service providers to facilitate smooth shipment arrangements.
Handle bookings with airlines/shipping lines/partners, and arrange pickup, trucking, customs clearance, and other related services for clients.
Review monthly supplier invoices, collaborate with the finance department to process payment requests, address abnormal charges in a timely manner, and control logistics costs.
Analyze operational data, summarize operational exceptions, proactively drive internal issue resolution, and streamline standard SOPs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in export/logistics operations.
Familiar with export procedures, customs clearance, and cross-border e-commerce logistics.
Proficient in English (Chinese is a plus); strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to analyze data, resolve issues proactively, and work under pressure.
