Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate daily import and export shipments (Air / Sea / Domestic, if applicable).
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, delivery order, and related documents.
• Update shipment information accurately in the company system.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, trucking vendors, customs brokers, local and overseas agents.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Support resolution of shipment delays, documentation issues, or operational exceptions.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper shipment records.
• Coordinate payment requests and support cost checking related to shipments.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Import-Export, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in logistics/freight forwarding is a plus.
• Basic understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, responsible, and team oriented.
