Position Overview:
Be the main driver in recognising, framing and delivering logistics improvement and new capability. Enable the department and the company with new and standardized visibility and clarity on performance and cost. Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute projects on various topics: infrastructure, capacity, leadtime, resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the company's ERP system, including data, logic, and processes. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and maximize ERP utilization.
Regularly assess business workflows to identify system gaps and propose new automation tools or process improvements that meet operational and business needs.
Take ownership of logistics data and data structure. Maintain accuracy, develop insightful reports, and design new data collection processes to support business decisions.
Define and monitor key performance metrics. Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and work with internal teams and external partners to implement corrective actions and achieve targets.
Continuously review logistics operations - including equipment, facilities, processes, labor, and consumables - to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, coordinating with both internal departments and external service providers to deliver measurable results.
Maintain close collaboration with external companies, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related
Strong analytical and system capability
Experience in large scale manufacturing, distribution or ecommerce warehousing/project management is a plus
Excel capability is a must
SQL/Database capability is a plus
Growth oriented, open minded, out of the box thinker, open to constant change.
