Due to business expansion and following HR strategy to focus on local sales in 2025, we are looking for 2 positions:
- Sales Manager (Ocean freight forwarding)
- Sales Manager (Air freight forwarding)
(He or she can be offered as Deputy Director level depending on his/her quality)
Roles and responsibilities as below:
1. Sales activities
• Sales scope focuses on Air or Ocean freight forwarding business.
• Building potential customers data list.
• Hunting new customers and new business, focusing on local companies.
2. Management
• Developing business plan and strategy for the market to catch company goals.
• In charge of profit and loss for each shipment.
• Overdue payment with customers.
3. Operations
• Co-operating with
Customer Service staffs and Operation staffs for communicating with vendors, carriers and agents.
• Timely making required reports to Director
• University degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience of over 8 years in International Air/Ocean Cargo / Freight forwarding sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in Sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English. Chinese speaking is a big advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
