Logistics Supervisor/ Senior Logistics Executive

• Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day logistics operations including import, custom clearance, homologation, transportation and warehousing.
o Preparing and checking COC, VTA, all shipping documents and provide to forwarder.
o Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership:
o Supervise and mentor logistics staff.
o Updating and informing the respective departments of the vehicle import status.
o Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
o Manage staffing levels and coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding.
• Supplier and Vendor Management:
o Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and cost-effectiveness.
o Evaluate and select logistics service providers based on performance and reliability.
o Develop and manage logistics budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
o Analyze all costs, recommending improvements and efficiencies.
• Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, import/export laws, and safety standards.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including transportation costs, delivery times, and regulatory updates.
o Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and operational efficiencies.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
