Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, drafting, contracts, due diligence reports;
- Conducting research and analysis of information/legal documents or translation
- Providing legal advice to clients on legal issues in accordance with the Vietnamese Law;
- Performing other necessary tasks assigned by Partner and Senior Associate

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Law; with an attorney license
- At least 3-5 years of work experience related to commercial and corporate law, foreign investment, banking and finance, and contracts
- Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and research skills
