About LEAD 2023 Program (Leadership Exploration And Development)
Maersk's Leadership Exploration And Development (LEAD) is a program designed to identify and develop young talents to become Maersk's future leaders as well as top experts in integrated logistics and Supply chain industry.
LEAD members will have lots of opportunities to participate in real life projects as well as deep dive into many different functions inside Maersk. You will also experience meaningful rotations and focused mentorship from Maersk's top Leader in this 18 months program.
