Support the Plant Manager in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, machines, and equipment to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
Perform preventive maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) according to the approved maintenance plan.
Support the Production team in size changes, product changeovers, and mechanical setup adjustments.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues such as bearing failure, gear wear, alignment, hydraulic or pneumatic system leakage, etc.
Modify and improve mechanical parts and structures of machines to increase productivity and stability.
Fabricate, assemble, or adjust machine parts as required during repair or improvement.
Coordinate with the Electrical Maintenance team for combined troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools, spare parts, and equipment during maintenance activities.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: College or University graduate, major in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in mechanical maintenance, machine repair, or fabrication.
Professional skills:
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
Understanding of preventive maintenance and machine improvement.
Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance management.
Other skills:
Enthusiastic and proactive at work.
Good observation and analytical skills.
Friendly, cooperative, and organized in teamwork.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
