Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and instruments to ensure the machines always function normally.
- In the event of machine's breakdown, assess in detail whether the issue is related to the equipment, product materials, employee operation methods or other factors. Promptly and accurately identify rootcause and resolve the faults.
- Lead equipment improvement initiatives to reduce production disruptions caused by equipment failures and provide suggestions for enhancing production efficiency.
- Oversee the acceptance, commissioning, inspection and training of new equipment/instruments and provide ongoing technical support.
- Work closely with Contractors and external party during installations, repairs or maintenance & participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Lead the teams to build up maintenance budget, ensure compliance and knowledge of EHS & Fire-fighting regulations.
- Build up preventive maintenance schedule & procedures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior in a timely manner.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
* Skill Requirement:
- Proficient in various drawing software with a solid understanding of building systems, electrical circuit diagrams, and machinery maintenance. Expertise in extrusion and injection molding equipment is preferred.
* Personality Requirement
- Highly responsible with strong teamwork spirit, diligent and good at communication and coordination.
* Other Requirement
- May require working outside of regular hours for urgent repairs or emergencies.
