• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Oversee the maintenance of robotic systems and PLCs, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
• Report on maintenance performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of robotics and PLC systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Technical degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
