Maintenance Supervisor / Giám Sát Bảo Trì

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the Maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Company's mechanical and electrical equipment and utility systems.
Giám sát Bảo trì chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và điều phối đội ngũ Bảo trì, đảm bảo các thiết bị, máy móc và hệ thống tiện ích cơ khí - điện của Công ty hoạt động an toàn, ổn định và hiệu quả.
The position oversees equipment troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment improvement and upgrading, and maintenance planning, with the objective of minimizing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring continuous production operations.
Vị trí này phụ trách xử lý sự cố, bảo trì sửa chữa và bảo trì phòng ngừa, cải tiến và nâng cấp thiết bị, đồng thời xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy ngoài kế hoạch, nâng cao độ tin cậy của thiết bị và đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất liên tục.
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities
• Organize equipment troubleshooting and repairs; respond promptly to unexpected breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Tổ chức khắc phục sự cố và sửa chữa thiết bị; phản hồi kịp thời đối với các sự cố đột xuất nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian ngừng sản xuất.
• Develop quarterly and annual maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment operation.
Xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì hàng quý và hàng năm nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động tối ưu.
• Manage the medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems; carry out maintenance and switching operations on high- and low-voltage electrical equipment within the factory.
Quản lý hệ thống phân phối điện trung thế và hạ thế; thực hiện công tác bảo trì và các thao tác chuyển đổi trên thiết bị điện cao thế/hạ thế trong nhà máy.
• Replace and repair original electronic components, such as control equipment and instruments.
Thay thế và sửa chữa các linh kiện điện tử, thiết bị điều khiển và thiết bị đo lường.
• Upgrade and optimize production equipment to extend its service life and reduce labor requirements.
Nâng cấp và tối ưu hóa thiết bị sản xuất nhằm kéo dài tuổi thọ và giảm nhu cầu sử dụng nhân lực.
• Participate in the research and selection of new equipment; prepare area layout plans and design drawings; prepare for installation; supervise on-site installation, acceptance, and registration.
Tham gia nghiên cứu và lựa chọn thiết bị mới; lập phương án bố trí khu vực và bản vẽ thiết kế; chuẩn bị lắp đặt; giám sát quá trình lắp đặt, nghiệm thu và đăng ký thiết bị.
• Work with the Production Department to improve and plan process layouts and implementation plans, and update the overall factory layout.
Phối hợp với Bộ phận Sản xuất để cải tiến và lập kế hoạch bố trí quy trình, phương án triển khai và cập nhật layout tổng thể của nhà máy.
• Assign tasks and conduct performance evaluations for Maintenance Department employees, including electricians, welders, mechanical technicians, and others.
Phân công công việc và đánh giá hiệu suất của nhân viên Bộ phận Bảo trì, bao gồm thợ điện, thợ hàn, kỹ thuật viên cơ khí và các nhân sự liên quan.
• Coordinate with departments across the factory to ensure equipment reliability and prevent interruptions to the production plan.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận trong nhà máy nhằm đảm bảo độ tin cậy của thiết bị và hạn chế gián đoạn kế hoạch sản xuất.
• Develop maintenance solutions and operating procedures to minimize the risk of accidents.
Xây dựng các giải pháp bảo trì và quy trình vận hành nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro tai nạn.
• Organize equipment operation and maintenance training to improve employees' skills.
Tổ chức đào tạo về vận hành và bảo trì thiết bị nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng cho nhân viên.
