Maintenance Supervisor (Long Thanh IZ)

Build repair & maintenance plan and manage implementationCoordinating and scheduling all repair and maintenance activities.Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.Collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned investment projectsControl tasks on budgets, schedules and report on the project's status.Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.Conduct regular inspections across all facilities to understand daily maintenance needs and oversee all HVAC systems,Chiller & Air compressor system and infrastructure.Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long ThanhWorking time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.
