* JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the whole factory facilities maintenance and PM.
Responsible for facilities installation for water supply, power supply, compressed air, and so on.
Handle all maintenance requests from another department.
Continuous training for facility maintenance people.
Carry out daily checks and quarterly checks for facilities.
Responsible for routine maintenance of the canteen.
Facilities spare parts plan and management.
Focus on power room and air-compressor PM and routine maintenance.
