Mô tả công việc
- Develop future Industrial Engineers (IE) and Production Engineers (PE).
- Rotate across departments such as Production, IE, PE, PMC, etc., to gain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Support in process improvement projects, production optimization, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports; propose technical and process improvement solutions.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related technical majors.
- No experience required - full training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical mindset.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to long-term career development in manufacturing.
