Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
- Generate potential candidate leads through digital and traditional marketing strategies
- Determine the most suitable digital channels, updating and optimizing career site, A/B testing and managing advertising spend on Social media, email marketing, search engine, etc
- Develop offline marketing strategy to collect or activate potential leads through campus recruitment events, career fairs, office tours
- Attract and engage mid-career talents with specialised skillset through targeted events in collaboration with professional associations/ communities
- Manage recruitment program to bring in high quality taletn for the bank (Internship Programme, Management Associate, etc)
- Manage employee referrals program and Freelance heahunt program to generate qualified leads for critical, high demand positions.
- Effectively communicate EVP of Techcombank to prospective candidates with a consistent omni-channel strategy
- Increase brand awareness, engage brand followers, and manage Techcombank's reputation and presence as an attractive employer across channels
- Plan and review visual and text contents to put across digital channels (social media, website, etc.) and printed POSM
- Work closely with Communications team to manage media engagement (e-newspapers, TVC, etc.)
- Register and compete for prestigious domestic/ international HR awards
People, Process, Technology
- Develop a highly skilled and operationally efficient recruitment marketing team. Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.
- Create a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building strong recruitment marketing capability with a collaborative and high performing culture
- Manage recruitment marketing data, and make use of such data to provide insights, dashboard that allow strategic decision making process regarding recruitment
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
- Ensure effective implementation and adoption of recruitment marketing technology and project management tools such as ATS, careersite, chatbot, etc.
- Measure, track, and report on recruitment marketing results and their cost effectiveness
