We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee and drive finance-related initiatives at a regional level for Southeast Asia (SEA) in our dynamic and fast-paced express delivery business. This individual will be responsible for managing all finance-related topics from pricing to billing, ensuring that financial processes align with the strategic goals of the company. The Senior Manager will be part of LEX Regional Business Solution team and will work closely with cross-functional teams at the regional and local levels to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and innovate in areas such as automation and customer payment solutions.
Pricing Strategy & Optimization:
• Develop and refine comprehensive pricing strategy and framework for express delivery services across Southeast Asia (SEA)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to manage and optimize logistics rate cards.
• Analyze profitability at the customer level, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and enhance pricing models.
Billing Automation & Process Improvement:
• Lead initiatives to automate and streamline billing and payout processes across SEA, identifying opportunities for technology upgrades and system enhancements.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing practices that adhere to regional regulatory requirements.
• Drive the implementation of innovative payment solutions to improve customer experience, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective payment processes across the region.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in finance/pricing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing regional financial operations in a multi-country environment (preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or express delivery sector).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, SAP, Excel). Experience in implementing automation and process improvements is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify key insights, and make data-driven decisions that support business objectives.
• Communication: Structured and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance professionals.
• Project Management: Experience in managing and overseeing projects within a PMO environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, monitoring progress & reporting, managing resources, and tracking financial performance.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required.
