Manager, Production

1. PURPOSE
The production Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for all activities relating to the effective operations or production, fully responsible to meet customers requirement related quality & on time delivery. Responsible to train & guide subordinates to adopt effective daily process control & improvement.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing & monitoring & coordinating all activities of production in accordance with policies, principle and procedures
Assist and coordinate with departments to ensure plan, demands, equipment and process to produce products
Manage production workflow and detailed capacity analysis & monitoring.
Review production costs and product quality in workplace.
Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of all manufacturing operations.
Coordinate in develop manpower requirements and sets priorities for production schedules based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
Modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the manufacturing process.
Ensure the production goals are consistently met with subordinates.
Review and approve all documentation related to production processes.
In conjunction with top management, review and plan for the expansion of the facilities
Serve as part of the Material Review board for material disposition.
Responsible for all corrective action plans issued against manufacturing.
Manage raw material, component supply chain and inventory.
Any other duties or responsibilities required or assigned by top management.
Continuously train & skill up production workers to adopt basic 5S & EHS in daily operation.
