About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role:
To drive efficient tooling, mold, and die development while leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Key accountabilities:
Tooling / Mold & Die Development Management
• Lead in tooling development phase from testing to mass production.
• Support mold and die set up in development phase from testing to mass production.
• Ensure tooling readiness aligns with production schedules and product launch timelines
• Drive standardization and optimization of tooling design for scalability and repeatability
Alternative Process Development & Scalability
• Maintain tooling support for alternative manufacturing processes, ensuring reliability and readiness for production use.
• Ensure new processes are scalable for mass production with consistent quality, stable output, and operational efficiency.
• Lead pilot runs and industrialization of alternative processes, ensuring smooth transition to full-scale production.
Machine & Equipment Efficiency Optimization
• Monitor and improve machine performance Manufacturing Alternative Processes (e.g.,MTTR, MTBF, utilization, OEE).
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure machine reliability and uptime.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime, minor stops, and speed losses.
Continuous Improvement (Productivity)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to deliver measurable performance improvements.
Team management
• Lead and drive team to achieve strategic expectation and goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the team
• Supervise, review, and finalize automation design project and alternatives design projects in the pipeline, ensuring alignment with targets and effectiveness for manufacturing
