Job Overview
PSL Vietnam is looking for a
Manpower Specialist
to develop manpower outsourcing solutions, manage recruitment and workforce operations, and deliver high-quality HR services to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and consult corporate clients on manpower outsourcing and labor leasing solutions.
Prepare service quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and implement HR service contracts.
Recruit, mobilize, and manage employees according to project and client requirements.
Handle HR operations, including employment contracts, timesheets, payroll, social insurance (SI), personal income tax (PIT), and related legal documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while resolving issues throughout contract execution.
Monitor receivables, payment documentation, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and perform other assignments as requested by the Department Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, or a related field.
At least
6 months to 1 year
of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Workforce Management.
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills with a passion for business development.
Fluent English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
Experience in manpower outsourcing or labor leasing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of work permit procedures, taxation, social insurance, and expatriate employment regulations is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
