The Job
- Test E-commerce websites thoroughly using checklists and test cases.
- Detects and tracks software defects and inconsistencies.
- Performs bug log, evaluates bug severity and keeps track bug status.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
- Verify cross-browser and cross-device functionality.
- Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for view.
- Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes.
- Some overlap with Vancouver working hours may be required for training in the first few weeks.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in testing or a related field.
- Experience with UI and functional testing.
- Experience with E-commerce website testing.
- Experience with QA processes, including inspection, testing and documentation.
- Clear understanding of business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible & willing to learn attitude
- Command of English language both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience with management tools like Jira, Confluence,...
- Experience with website building/management systems like WordPress, Magento,...
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Qmetry, BrowserStack, and TestRail.
- Able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe to help execute test cases.
