Mô tả công việc

A. Manual Testing
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design test strategy and test scenarios.
- Create and execute Test Cases, Test Suites, and Test Data across web, mobile, API, and backend.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, compatibility testing, and UAT support.
- Log defects with clear evidence using Jira/Azure DevOps.
B. Automation Testing (Preferred)
- Participate in building automation test frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
- Automate regression suites and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
C. QA Process & Collaboration
- Collaborate with BA, Developer, PM to clarify requirements.
- Join sprint ceremonies and maintain QA documentation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and propose improvements.
D. Quality Assurance & Improvements
- Identify requirement gaps and strengthen QA best practices.

Yêu cầu

A. Technical Skills (Manual)
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, API testing, SQL basics, Agile methodology.
B. Technical Skills (Automation - Preferred)
- Basic/intermediate skills in one programming language (JavaScript/Java/C#/Python).
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of POM and automation frameworks.
- CI/CD experience is a plus.
C. Soft Skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking.
- English reading & writing.
4. Nice-to-have
- Performance testing (JMeter, k6)
- Mobile testing (Appium)
- QA experience in manufacturing, retail, fintech, AI systems
- Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS)
