* Process Development & Improvement
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for fabrication (cutting, punching, bending, welding) and powder coating.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating product designs into manufacturable processes.
- Develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve quality, safety, and productivity.
- Establish and maintain BOMs and routings in ERP systems.
* Quality & Compliance
- Define process parameters and work standards to ensure consistent quality.
- Work with Quality team to conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
* Collaboration & Support o Work with Industrial Engineers to optimize layouts, line balance, and labor standards.
- Partner with Production Supervisors to provide process training and shopfloor support.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for tooling, coating chemicals, and fabrication consumables.
* Data & Continuous Improvement o Conduct time, cost, and yield analysis for processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (lean manufacturing, Kaizen, waste reduction).
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (or Manufacturing related field).
- 2-5 years' experience in metal furniture, automotive, or fabrication industries.
- Knowledge of CNC tube bending, welding (manual/robot), powder coating, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency with CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
