Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer (Wood, $800, ID21666)
1. Drawing & BOM Management
Create, update, revise, and confirm drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in accordance with approved samples for pilot runs and mass production.
Create, update, revise, and confirm item codes based on requirements from relevant departments and in compliance with established procedures.
2. Process & Product Improvement
Research, redesign, innovate, and improve existing products to reduce costs and enhance competitive advantages.
Based on drawings, research, create, revise, and update standard routings for products.
Collaborate with the Production team to research and develop the most effective methods for material and labor utilization.
Based on standard processes, research, create, revise, and update standard cycle times for products.
3. Department Support & Workplace Standards
Provide timely, accurate, and effective support to relevant departments.
Properly implement and maintain 5S practices in the workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Process Support Engineer.

Yêu cầu
Male/Female. Under 40 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Forestry Engineering, Technical Education, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant technical role; candidates with experience in the wood processing or furniture manufacturing industry will be highly prioritized.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design tools, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Language Proficiency: Functional English skill set (capable of reading technical specs and conducting email communications effectively).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Forestry Engineering, Technical Education, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
