• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for brochures, newsletters, social media, and the resort website.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Event Promotion: Plan and promote resort events, conferences, and special packages.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote hotel offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Degree of Hospitality Management, Marketing or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
• Understanding of PMS, Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
