FGF, a newly established venture under Vingroup, is on a mission to revolutionize the car rental and used car sales market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B/B2C Sales Manager, Sales Leader and Senior
Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts across both corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Assist the
Sales Director in formulating and executing the strategic direction of the rental car division.
• Develop and implement innovative business strategies that align with FGF's mission of sustainability and customer service excellence.
2. Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rental car division to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
3. Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
• Work closely with the B2B Sales Director & Marketing team to develop strategies that increase market penetration and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that promote rental car services and attract new customers.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback mechanisms.
5. Financial Oversight:
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting for the rental car division, effectively allocating resources.
• Analyze financial reports to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
6. Sustainability Initiatives:
• Lead initiatives that promote eco-friendly practices within the rental car operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to position FGF as a sustainable car rental solutions leader.
