Job Purpose: Perform market development and sales for Jolypate premium decorative coating products (AICA Kogyo - Japan). Focus on prospecting, approaching and building relationships with new potential customers (main contractors, project owners, construction projects), provide suitable product solutions and manage receivables to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop new customers through project information channels and new construction sites.
• Directly or together with the Jolypate Market Development Supervisor, conduct site visits to survey and consult on the most suitable products for each project.
• Consult customers, deeply understand market needs and Jolypate product characteristics to provide optimal solutions.
• Approach main contractors and project owners, persuade and introduce Jolypate products.
• Closely monitor project progress, report and coordinate timely resolution of any technical issues.
• Evaluate customer financial capacity, monitor and collect receivables on time per company policy.
• Prepare monthly/annual sales plans, report sales performance and update market & competitor information.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
• Willing to travel and work at construction sites for surveying, consulting and supporting customers.
• Comply with HSE, ISO requirements and company/group policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• University/College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in building materials (priority for paint, gypsum, laminate or finishing materials).
• B2B sales experience with strong ability to prospect and approach new customers.
• Good relationships with contractors and
designers is a big advantage.
• Male, under 30 years old, good health, willing to travel and work at construction sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English communication (preferred).
• Flexible, proactive, persuasive communication skills, responsible and development-oriented.
No KPI applied in the first year.
