Brand Story and Creative Leadership:
- Integrated MarCom Strategy: Based on in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and user insights (B2C & B2B Insights), develop the annual Marketing Communications Strategy aimed at achieving Top of Mind status within the target customer segments.
- Platform Creativity: Lead and oversee content creation activities across all channels (Social, Blog, Email, Events), ensuring content is consistently groundbreaking, engaging, and accurately reflects the brand's spirit.
Image & Crisis Management: Establish and implement brand image management procedures, including planning for the prevention and handling of communication crises swiftly and professionally.
B2C and B2B Campaign Leadership:
- B2C Segment: Plan and oversee the execution of MarCom campaigns focused on engagement and conversion effectiveness across digital channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email), aiming to "win" the user's mind.
- B2B Segment (Sales Enablement): Lead PR activities, LinkedIn Communications, and Email Marketing to establish Thought Leadership and create Top of Mind awareness among corporate clients. Coordinate closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement tools (Sales Kits, training materials, Live Streams, University Partnership Programs), ensuring synchronization between Marketing and Sales messages.
Team Management and Performance:
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach the MarCom team [e.g., 6 members] to successfully achieve predetermined targets (KPIs).
- Operational Management: Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to effective project management procedures
Yêu cầu
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 05 years of direct experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations (PR), or Advertising.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a team for a minimum of 02 years.
- Creative & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to generate unique, differentiated communication ideas and excellent writing skills (Vietnamese/English).
- Strategic Planning: Ability to convert market insights into clear, measurable B2C and B2B MarCom strategies.
- Project Management & Multi-tasking: Proficient in managing, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Negotiation & Diplomacy: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with sharp diplomatic abilities for effective collaboration with other departments (Sales, Product).
- Education: University degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or PR.
