About the Opportunity: Responsible for a new educational project by Vinschool
I. JOB DECRIPTION
1. Content Planning & Storytelling
• Manage the monthly content calendar across Facebook, LinkedIn, website, email/Zalo and PR repurposing activities.
• Draft social posts, carousel copy, short video scripts, website updates, landing page copy, event posts, parent FAQs and admissions materials.
• Develop parent-facing stories around American pathway, future-ready learning, student support, leadership, campus readiness, events and founding families.
• Coordinate content ideas with Admissions based on parent objections, FAQs and conversion needs.
2. Website, SEO & Owned Channels
• Review website and landing page content to ensure information is accurate, current, parent-friendly and aligned with approved messaging.
• Support SEO-friendly content such as curriculum explainers, admissions articles, comparison content, school tour guidance and event pages.
• Prepare email/Zalo nurture copy for enquiries, event registrations, school tour follow-up, application reminders and accepted families.
• Monitor basic engagement and content performance to recommend improvements.
3. PR, Event & Campaign Support
• Support PR article briefs, media angles, leadership messages, press materials, Open Day communication and post-event recap content.
• Prepare content assets for information sessions, Meet the Principal, Open Days, campus previews, scholarship sessions and admissions events.
• Repurpose booked PR content into owned media assets such as social posts, website articles, email snippets and LinkedIn updates.
• Support enrolment and brand awareness campaigns by providing content that drives engagement and conversion.
4. Brand, Design & Production Coordination
• Work with Design/Agency to brief visuals, photo/video shoots, brochures, banners, event materials and digital assets.
• Ensure all content reflects School's tone of voice, brand identity and parent-facing communication style.
• Ensure content follows approved public claims, curriculum wording, tuition/scholarship guidelines and school readiness messages.
• Maintain a simple content library including approved copy, FAQs, visual references, event assets and parent-facing materials.
5. Collaboration & Improvement
• Work closely with Admissions, Digital, Academic/Leadership and external partners to gather content, feedback and insights.
• Support regular content review and provide recommendations to improve clarity, parent relevance and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay alert to market conversations, parent concerns and competitor content that may inform school's communication.
6. Success Indicators
• Consistent content output across key launch channels.
• Clear, high-quality parent-facing messaging that supports the admissions journey.
• Strong support for PR, events, website, campaign and admissions materials.
• Timely delivery of content assets and design/agency briefs.
• Practical use of parent insights to improve content relevance and conversion support.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, PR or brand content, with proven ownership of multi-channel content planning and execution.
• Relevant experience in education, international schools, universities or education services is required. Admissions or student recruitment communication experience is preferred.
• Excellent Vietnamese and English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong experience producing website copy, PR articles, press releases, brochures, social content, newsletters, email/Zalo content and video scripts.
• Good understanding of website content, SEO, content performance and parent communication journeys.
• A strong portfolio containing both Vietnamese and English writing samples is required.
