Mô tả công việc
Social Media:
- Assist in managing Villa Sông Saigon and Sông Vie's Facebook & Instagram.
- Work with our Designer **(under manager's guidance)** to create brand material for social media, events, activations.
- Edit simple short-form videos for Reels, Stories using CapCut, Edits.
- Write or adapt social media captions **(under manager's guidance)** in both English and Vietnamese.
Events:
- Support the execution of hotel events, restaurant activations, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate pre-event planning, be on-site when needed.
- Assist with influencer visits, media experiences, and PR activities.
Admin:
- Assist with day-to-day marketing administration.
- Work closely with Operations, **Accounting**, Sales, and F&B teams for events & activations.
- Be willing to support across different marketing functions as required.

- Graduated from Marketing, Communications, Events, Hospitality or a related field.
- Real working experience with social media is a big plus.
- Communicates well in both Vietnamese and English.
- Has a positive attitude, takes initiative, and is eager to learn.
- Details oriented and problem solving skills.
- Has an appreciation for hospitality, F&B, premium/luxury brands.
