1. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1.1. Develop and Implement Overall Marketing Strategy
- Analyze market trends, target customers, consumer behavior, and the plastics industry to determine long-term strategic directions for the brand.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans (annual, quarterly, monthly) aligned with the company's business objectives and development strategy.
- Design and manage the corporate brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and product lines.
- Propose sustainable brand development strategies to enhance brand awareness and trust of Dat Hoa Plastic products in both domestic and international markets.
1.2. Manage and Operate Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, PR, Events,
Trade Marketing, Branding, etc.) targeting specific customer groups (distributors, dealers, contractors, project clients, etc.).
- Supervise campaign performance, ensuring KPIs related to revenue, brand awareness, and market coverage are achieved.
- Allocate and control the marketing budget, optimize spending, and ensure effective return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and communication solutions to enhance marketing efficiency.
1.3. Develop Digital Channels and Manage Customer Data
- Build a comprehensive
Digital Marketing strategy (Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, etc.).
- Manage and optimize online media performance to improve customer reach and engagement.
Develop and manage the CRM system to collect, analyze, and utilize customer data for retention and loyalty strategies.
1.4. Brand Management and Corporate Communication
- Develop internal and external communication strategies to strengthen the company's image, reputation, and corporate culture.
- Organize PR activities, events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and sponsorship programs to enhance the company's presence within the industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media agencies, press organizations, industry associations, and strategic partners.
1.5. Team Management and Marketing Staff Development
- Build an effective organizational structure for the Marketing Department, assign clear roles and KPIs for each division: Trade Marketing - Digital Marketing - Design - Communication - PR & Events.
- Train, coach, and develop marketing personnel to foster a professional, creative, and results-oriented working culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, reward achievements, and propose appropriate personnel development policies.
1.6. Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for the Deputy General Director on marketing performance and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with other departments (Sales, Production, Import-Export, etc.) to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business operations.
1. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior management roles in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, materials, industrial, plastics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in CRM implementation, branding, or corporate brand management.
