Marketing Executive Cum Admin (Chinese Speking)

1. Carry out daily tasks based on department's assignments
- Offer the company products including land and factories, based on standard policies set by the company
- Host the prospects' visits assigned by HOD
- Accomplish the tasks/duties sent by HOD and direct supervisor
- Support & work with team members in every event
2. Propose specified package to be offered to different prospects
- Set up specific visit program for prospects and standard procedures to carry out marketing tasks
- Introduce VSIP and close the deals with the prospects
3. Propose strategic marketing plan for the assigned region(s)
- Keep updated with investment trends from the assigned region
- Research and consolidate relevant information for the Marketing purposes
4. Work with Marketing Agencies to handle visit of projects
- Create and keep in contact with diversified Agencies/Associations/Institutions to market VSIP
- Arrange and host visits of prospects from those organizations
5. Support the administration tasks of Marketing department
- Ensure administrative tasks of the Marketing department is performed on time and according to procedures
- Support tracking budgets and costs of the Marketing department and making reports when required
- Update company procedures/regulations and support all department members to implement them properly
- Execute all purchasing procedures relating to Marketing department as required
6. Report to Marketing Director/Marketing Manager/Assistant Marketing Manager and leader of section
